Danielle Dory Hyppolite
Strategy, operations, people and communication.
Danielle is passionate about working with brilliant and innovative teams and helping transformational leaders unlock solutions and scalable roadmaps that evolve to achieve their vision.
With a diverse background spanning industries, functions, and global teams, Danielle excels in delivering impactful programs, transformation initiatives, and strategic communications. Her expertise includes developing intuitive roadmaps, program anchors, and effective communication plans that drive measurable results and ensure sound governance.
Most recently, Danielle served as a consultant for a Fortune 100 Corporate Audit function, where she spearheaded a comprehensive business transformation roadmap focusing on people, processes, and services. This initiative addressed critical strategic imperatives amidst evolving global regulations and risks.
Previously, as Divisional Vice President of Corporate Strategy at a retail giant, Danielle collaborated closely with executive leadership to formulate and execute Environmental, Social, and Governance strategies. She led internal change management, drove process improvements, and achieved significant cost reductions through strategic restructuring.
During her tenure at American Express from 2018 to 2022, Danielle held pivotal roles, including Director of Business Strategy and Planning for global teams encompassing Technology, Infrastructure, and Commercial Services. She managed diverse portfolios, including COVID-19 technology response, executive communication, and employee engagement, while overseeing multi-disciplinary teams across international offices.
Danielle's career journey also includes impactful roles at New York Life and Moody's, where she led technology modernization initiatives and managed critical communication strategies for large-scale transformations.
Danielle holds a degree in English and Culture from Davidson College, complemented by certifications including Gartner's Internal Communications Black Belt and professional coaching credentials. She actively contributes to her community through volunteering and serves as a board member and communications co-chair for the Davidson College Black Alumni Network.
In her consultancy, Dory Consulting, Danielle focuses on empowering businesses and startups through strategic consulting and coaching.

Jessica Jean-Francois
Sustainability, management, research, design, business development and impact measurement.
With over 15 years of experience working in sustainability, Jessica Jean-François helps private and nonprofit clients to better understand complex social and environmental problems in order to design and implement solutions that lead to measurable impact. Using proven methods from behavioral science, academic research and her knowledge of global policy and regulations, Jessica leverages stakeholder engagement to collect and analysis data and design user-centric products.
Jessica’s previous engagements include the design, implementation and impact measurement of social protection and labor programs in partnerships with multilateral organizations, large nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and government bodies. In 2017, Jessica helped evaluate a major UK-funded program designed to improve preparedness and response to disasters and emergencies across 10 countries. As part of her work, Jessica has travelled to over 20 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and the Caribbean.
Most recently, Jessica led a team developing and implementing sustainability/ESG standards for global corporations to report and demonstrate their performance and impact on the environment, their workers, their customers, relevant communities, along with their governance practices.
In addition to her passion for impact, Jessica’s interests include financial decision-making, innovation, supply chain management, social and economic equity and employee engagement/organizational culture.
Jessica holds a Master in Urban Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, a Master in Education from Lehman College and a Bachelors in Economics from George Washington University. She also earned an ESG certification.

Sauveur Dory
Value stream transformation, continuous improvement, Six Sigma, and quality.
Sauveur Dory is a Senior Business Process Transformation Lead and an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt with decades of experience in the Education, Financial Services, Consumer Package Goods, and Enterprise Consulting Services sectors.
Sauveur works closely with teams to explore and optimize business opportunities and mitigate risks and challenges that constrain their ability to maximize profits. A passionate leader, Sauveur thrives on finding solutions to complex business problems. His "Clifton Strengths" are Analytical, Ideation, Context, and Deliberate and leverages different leadership styles with agility.
A mentor to many, Sauveur enjoys spending time with family and friends. His favorite past times include: golfing with colleagues, investing, and listening to news and technology podcasts.

William Morrissey
Social impact, go-to-market, and business administration.
As a business development strategist, William has collaborated with founders in the Consumer Packaged Goods, Consumer Tech, Multimedia, Sustainability, and other industries. He helps organizations build and execute their vision in areas including revenue generation, client relations, product development, supply chain finance, public speaking, pitch creation, go-to-market strategy, brand vision, distributor/retailer management, business development, and more.
William’s previous engagements include financial and supply chain optimization for a US social impact firm providing education to farmers in Ghana, consumer and product development for a top 1% podcast in the US, and go-to-market strategy for an Irish biotech company. He has mentored startups of all sizes with his continued work at the Decarbonzation Accelerator run by Mass Challenge, the ReGen Accelerator run by Climate Haven, and the Climate Tech Catalyzer run by Kaplak Partners.
William received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, Florida, and his Master’s in Business Administration from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University.
